The Gatehouse Gallery is a collaborative effort between Brian & Malynda Forcier bringing art & technology together.  In 2011 we began to pull our talents and passions together and started our gallery and consulting services.   Because our areas of expertise complement each others so well, we can work with many different media and create a wide variety of results for our clients.   We feel very fortunate to have the connections with people and artists from around the area and around the globe and feel obligated to give back to our community as much as possible.  We've dabbled in everything from restored, recycled, and repurposed house design to marketing companies here & abroad.

"They made a great website for us in a short amount of time. The Turkish design Malynda created for our site was perfect and exactly what we wanted. With Malynda's photographs and Brian's custom coding we can now sell our carpets online. They also took the time to teach us how to be able to change the site ourselves. They helped us very much."

Brian has worked his entire professional career in IT management and support and has a diverse skill set with all things electronic.  He recently left the Mount Washington Observatory as their IT Manager to pursue his and Malynda's mission of travel and charity.  He has worked in demolition and construction as well, conserving several historic New Hampshire post and beam structures. Reused and recycled materials inspire him on all his building projects, including The Gatehouse Gallery, where we used antique hand hewn timbers and many reused parts.

Malynda is a consummate designer.   Her lifelong dream has been to have a place where she can bring other artists together to exchange ideas and creative energy.   The Gatehouse Gallery, although small, provides a perfect space not only to bring artists together, but also a place to display their art.  She recently left her job as manager of Spectrum 1hr Photo in North Conway, NH in order to see some of the world and decide what she really wanted to do with the rest of her life. Within the first week of being back home, she decided to take a leap with Brian, yet again, and make The Gatehouse Gallery a reality.   Click here for a more detailed artists' biography.
